Not sure how to find your iPhone's UDID? Here's how!

1. Open iTunes and connect your iPhone to your computer.

2. Select your iPhone from the iTunes sidebar, then select the 'Summary' tab.

3. Click on the 'Serial Number:' text that appears next to the picture of the iPhone. The information displayed will change from your iPhone's serial number to its UDID—a 40-digit value.

4. Copy the UDID by selecting Edit » Copy in iTunes' menubar (there is no need to highlight the UDID value, it was selected when you completed step #3).

5. Return to this registration form and paste the copied UDID in the appropriate field.
